Co-conception d'un nouveau process de gestion des stocks de matières premières pour réduire le coûts des immobilisations
Contexte
Très mauvaise gestion des stocks, augmentation du prix des matières premières qui augmente d’autant plus l’argent immobilisé, nécessité d’agir de manière urgente.
Résultats
- Un process opérationnel très précis et concret a été conçu, en intégrant toutes les contraintes, en 2 jours.
- Un KPI commun et partagé sur la qualité du stock par article a été créé dans un outil dynamique. (en cours d’amélioration)
- 2 semaines plus tard, les acteurs principaux ont analysés les références qui posaient le plus de problèmes et ont identifié des causes sources à corriger.

I had the opportunity to select Aurélie to work with us at Aperam.
The challenge she took up with us was to conceive in 10 days, and then to co-animate, a 40-participant design thinking cross functional 3-day workshop.
We gathered the participants from 6 differents european countries, most of them meeting each other for the first time with very different seniority and level of responsibility from experienced senior executives to junior recruits, and different functions such as sales, finance, IT, Supply Chain, Industrial Operations, … to work on a defined topic.
It was a bet !
Thanks to the support and the guidance provided by Aurélie, it turned out to be a real spark that ignited a much deeper transformation.
